Unveiling the New Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) SIG

The House Calls SIG has a NEW name! During the Annual Conference in September, the board approved the title change to Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) SIG.
The SIG’s first project after the conference is a needs assessment survey in collaboration with the Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI). This survey is coming soon for GAPNA members who currently work in HBPC or are interested/planning to work in HBPC.
The survey aims to tailor and provide GAPNA members with education and support for the most pertinent and important matters for providers. Please keep an eye out for an email if you are a SIG member or find the link on the GAPNA exchange.
All participation, comments, and ideas are welcome and appreciated.
