On-Demand Conference Registration Option

If you're unable to join us in Chicago, this option ensures you can still glean insights from the conference content at your convenience. Please be aware that the On-Demand option provides access to recorded sessions after the event; it is not a live-streamed experience.

This conference offers up to 11.5 contact hours, which includes up to 11.5 pharmacology credit. On-Demand registration NCPD contact hours will be determined based on the actual run time of session recordings. NCPD credit is available through the posted date which is approximately 2 years after the live event.

A block of rooms has been secured at the special rates of $189 single/double and $219 triple/quad. These rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 17.4%. Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am

To receive the conference rates, make online reservations through the link on GAPNA’s website under “Hotel & Travel.” conference rates are available through February 21, 2024 or until the room block is full.  Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate-available basis.

Important Note: Hotel reservations should be made via GAPNA's online link or by direct call to the hotel. GAPNA does not use a housing agency to handle hotel reservations, and no one will call and ask you to make your hotel reservations by phone.
